Frescoes at the Facade
There are colourful paintings at the facade of the Eram Garden. In one of them, aleopard attacking a deer is shown on two sides of the Eram Garden, one to the left and other to the right. Prophet Solomon, Joseph and Zoleikha, stories of Ferdowsi and Nezami and the figure of Achaemenid Darius are depicted on the main facade.
The main building of the garden consists of three stories. The second floor, at the center of the building is a large porch with two high standing pillars. Date palm trees are beside the pool and they add greenery to the site and often these trees cover the smaller porches of the building.
This place is popular among locals and tourists alike as a historic landscape garden. On 27 June 2011, this garden was registered in the UNESCO World Heritage list.
